How to get help

Psytech's offices are currently located in Mandler Hall, Room 3531 (3rd floor, next to the Crick Conference Room). Feel free to stop by with a question or computer problem, but be aware that we are often out of the office troubleshooting problems around the department and in the labs. You can also reach us at (858) 822-3205; please leave a message if we are out.

Because we track problem tickets through our combined e-mail, and many problems often require a detailed description, we ask you to first e-mail psytech@psy.ucsd.edu with your requests before calling or stopping by.

Sometime during the summer of 2007, we plan to institute an automated problem-tracking database. When you need help, you will be able to fill out a Web form, or e-mail the Psytech support address, and your work order will be automatically entered into our queue so your request can be tracked and prioritized.
