Some time in the spring of 2004, we hope to institute an automated request-tracking program: when you need help, you will be able to fill out a web form, or email the special support address, and your work order will be automatically entered into our queue so we cannot possibly forget about you :)

Even if you want to ask one of our student tech workers to do something for you, please email psytech. That way, we can enter the information into our temporary tracking database, and make sure that your request for help gets the attention it deserves.
