To Update Office:
Go to http://office.microsoft.com/ProductUpdates/default.aspx

Click on "Go" denoted by the red arrow above. Microsoft will then determine what updates you need as shown below:

Then Microsoft will show you a result page telling you which updates you need. In this particular scenario, there are no updates needed. If there
are updates needed, there will be a list in order of priority. Install them in order from top to bottom (i.e. Service pack 1, 2, 3, etc.) and the webpage
will tell you which to install first, etc. Follow the onscreen instructions on selecting your update and start the update by clicking on "Start Installation"
shown below:

Microsoft Office will then install the updates and restart your computer. Be sure to save all of your work before rebooting.
Once rebooted, repeat this entire process again to install the other updates as needed.
